Through a varied career working to improve student learning and advance educational justice, Madeleine has found that data can unveil compelling narratives, leading to more effective solutions. As a data analyst, Madeleine has gained an understanding of rigorous quantitative methods, data visualization, and statistical computing. She's joining the ALLMemphis team as a Strategic Data Project Fellow, a program of the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. The fellowship allows her to advance her analytical skills, while ensuring ALLMemphis discovers the most important data insights to support its partners. A graduate of Brown University, Rhode Island College and Ohio University, Madeleine holds master's degrees in education and urban education policy. Prior to joining ALLMemphis, she led the Rhode Island Department of Education’s effort to systematically support sustainable high-impact tutoring across the state. In addition, she was formerly a Multilingual Learner (MLL) English teacher for Providence Public Schools, a Teach For America corps member, and a City Year corps member.
